Neil's Speaker Bio

Neil Stanley is the Founder and CEO of The CorePoint.


In 2025, he has been invited to speak at the Retail Deposit Optimization and Strategic Management conference, the Madison Graduate School of Banking, and the Shushenoff CEO Affiliate Program, among others. Associations choose him for general-session presentations on the state of deposits, for breakout sessions on deposit tactics, and for peer group facilitation.


In addition to his speaking skills, Neil has deep banking experience. He founded The CorePoint in 2010 with a mission of revitalizing pricing strategies for retail deposits. The company provides clients across the country with enhanced ways of profiting through attracting and retaining properly priced retail deposits.


He has been granted two U.S. patents for business processes designed to enhance the value of time deposits, including the patent on Redeemable CD®. He has facilitated the High-Performance Idea Exchange for the Sheshunoff CEO Affiliation Peer Groups since 2021.


Neil has taught at the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado, the Southwest Graduate School of Banking, and the Graduate School of Banking – Madison. He has published numerous articles in the banking industry and has appeared as a guest on numerous banking podcasts and webinars. With 30 years of experience as a bank executive at three high-performance, family-owned banking groups, Neil has held a diverse range of roles in banking, including Holding Company VP, Chief Liquidity and Investment Officer, Chief Credit Officer, President of Community Banking, and CEO. He also served as a director for several banking and financial organizations, in addition to serving on the board of Pillar Seminary.
